Noted is a documentation and compliance platform built for home health agencies. It has two halves that work together:
- The web app (notedfl.com) — where administrators run the agency: patients, nurses, notes, credential records, compliance alerts, and monthly reports.
- The mobile app (iOS & Android) — where nurses work: a guided, tap-through note for every visit that Noted's AI turns into a finished clinical note, plus a personal compliance view with reminders before anything expires.
What Noted does
- ✍️ Guided visit notes — nurses answer simple questions (health, behaviors, goal progress, events, safety steps) instead of writing from scratch. The wizard works in English, Spanish, French, Haitian Creole, and Portuguese 🌍.
- ✨ AI-written documentation — one tap turns the visit's answers into a complete, professional English note, ready to copy or edit.
- 🛡️ Nurse compliance tracking — every license, certification, and document on file with its expiration date. Escalating alerts at 🔵 30 days, 🟡 7 days, and 🔴 day zero; email digests for admins; push reminders for nurses.
- 📈 Audit-ready reports — monthly snapshots record exactly who was compliant and which records were overdue.
- 🔒 HIPAA-minded by design — patient data is encrypted at rest, access is scoped by role and assignment, and every access is audit-logged (Security & Privacy).
