📲 Getting the App

The Noted app for nurses is on the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android) — search for "Noted". Your administrator will tell you when your account is ready.

Signing in

1. Open the app and sign in with your username and password (the ones you registered with, or the ones your administrator set up for you).
2. Pick your language any time from the globe button — English, Español, Français (Canada), Kreyòl Ayisyen, or Português (Brasil). Everything in the app follows your choice.

A few things the app does on purpose:

• It asks for your password every time you open it cold. Patient information lives behind that — it's a protection, not a glitch.
• Long note sessions won't log you out mid-note. The app quietly keeps your session alive as you move through the steps; if it ever does need your password again, it asks right there and your work is safe.
• Updates: when a new version is out you'll see a gentle note on the home screen (dismissible — it returns next launch until you update). If your version is too old to keep working safely, the app will send you to the store.

Forgot your password?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen — you'll get an email to reset it. There's a Forgot username flow too.
