Getting the App
The Noted app for nurses is on the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android) — search for "Noted". Your administrator will tell you when your account is ready.

Writing a Note
Notes are a short series of screens — one question at a time, with a progress bar on top. Next stays off until a screen is complete, and every answer saves instantly, so closing the app never loses work.
The Written Note
Every note you submit can be turned into a full written narrative — the paragraphs your agency's documentation actually needs — without typing them yourself.
My Compliance
The My Compliance tab is your own credential file — every certification and document your agency tracks for you, and how long each has left.
