💬 FAQ & Troubleshooting
I forgot my password / username
Both sign-in screens link to recovery flows that work through your email. On mobile, the same links are on the sign-in screen.
The mobile app asks for my password every time I open it
By design — patient information sits behind it. Your in-progress note is safe either way.
My session expired in the middle of something
The web app will ask for your password in place and pick up where you were. On mobile, notes save every answer instantly, so nothing is lost.
A nurse can't sign in
Check three things on their profile: status is Accepted, the account is active, and the agency license is current. Invited nurses need their first sign-in to activate.
A nurse can't see a patient
Nurses only see assigned patients — assign them from the patient's or nurse's profile; access is immediate.
The written note has something wrong in it
Edit the visit details and regenerate — the writing always follows the recorded details. If a detail was right but written oddly, regenerating usually rephrases it.
An alert won't go away
Alerts only close when the record is fixed — renew the expiration or supply the missing document on the nurse's profile. There's no dismiss by design.
How do I change a nurse's email?
From the nurse's profile in the web app (admins only). Nurses can't change their own email, and admins' own email changes go through support.
How do I delete an account or our data?
See notedfl.com/request-account-deletion, or email support.
Something else?
support@notedfl.com — include your agency name and, for note or alert issues, the nurse and patient involved (no patient details beyond names, please).
