Initial Setup

When your company is first onboarded to Noted, you'll have access to a streamlined dashboard experience designed to help you understand the platform and purchase your license.

Initial Dashboard Access​

Upon first login, you'll find yourself in a limited dashboard environment with access to only two pages:

🏠 Dashboard Home (/dashboard)​

Your central hub displaying:

  • Company statistics and overview metrics
  • Subscription cost estimation based on your team size
  • Basic navigation to available features

⚙️ Settings (/dashboard/settings)​

Essential configuration options including:

  • Company information (read-only view)
  • Personal account management (name, password, profile)
  • Billing & subscription management
  • License purchase functionality
Limited Access

During the initial setup phase, advanced features like Notes, Nurses, and Patients management are not accessible. These features unlock after license purchase.

Dashboard Overview​

The dashboard home provides a clear view of your company's current status:

You'll notice the sidebar navigation only shows:

  • ✅ Home - Dashboard overview
  • ✅ Settings - Account and billing management
  • 🔒 Notes - Locked until license purchase
  • 🔒 Nurses - Locked until license purchase
  • 🔒 Patients - Locked until license purchase

Understanding License Requirements​

Noted operates on a licensing model that ensures:

  • Compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Feature access for advanced functionality
  • Billing transparency with clear seat-based pricing
  • Scalability as your agency grows

Pricing Structure​

  • Base Plan: $300/month includes up to 12 seats
  • Additional Seats: $25/month per seat above 12
  • Prorated Billing: New users added mid-cycle are prorated
