Managing your healthcare team involves approving nurse applications, overseeing user accounts, and controlling access to patient records.

Nurse Registration and Approvalโ€‹

How Nurses Joinโ€‹

  1. ๐Ÿ“ Nurse Registration: Nurses create accounts through the signup process
  2. โณ Pending Status: Applications automatically enter "Pending" status

Approval Actionsโ€‹

Approve Nurseโ€‹

  • โšก Nurse gains immediate platform access
  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Adds one seat to your subscription (prorated billing)
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Status changes from "Pending" to "Accepted"

Reject Nurseโ€‹

  • ๐Ÿšซ Nurse cannot access the platform

  • ๐Ÿ“Š Status changes to "Rejected"
Billing Impact

๐Ÿ’ฐ Approving a nurse immediately adds a seat to your subscription with prorated billing for mid-cycle additions.

User Management Interfaceโ€‹

Search and Filteringโ€‹

  • ๐Ÿ“Š Status Filter: Accepted, Rejected, or All
  • ๐Ÿท๏ธ Role Filter: Admin, Nurse, or All

Access detailed profiles by clicking View on any user:

Management Actionsโ€‹

For Accepted Nurses:โ€‹

  • โœ๏ธ Edit Account: Update profile information
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Change Status: Move between Accepted/Rejected

For Rejected Nurses:โ€‹

  • โœ… Change Status: Re-approve if needed
  • ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Delete Account: Remove permanently (only when billing inactive)

Admin Roleโ€‹

Nurse Roleโ€‹

Status Changes and Account Managementโ€‹

Changing Nurse Statusโ€‹

  1. ๐Ÿ”— Navigate to user profile in Nurses section
  2. ๐Ÿ”ง Use Change Status option
  3. ๐Ÿ“Š Select new status (Accept/Reject)
  4. โšก Changes take effect immediately

Account Deletionโ€‹

  • โŒ Only available for rejected, billing-inactive nurses
  • โš ๏ธ Permanently removes the account (cannot be undone)
  • ๐Ÿงน Cleans up unused accounts from your organization

Troubleshootingโ€‹

Common Issues

๐Ÿšซ Nurse Cannot Access Platform

  • โœ… Verify status is "Accepted" and billing is "Active"
  • ๐Ÿ”‘ Check for password reset needs
  • ๐Ÿ” Confirm appropriate role assignment
