The Nurses page manages every account in your agency — nurses and admins alike.

The list

Search by name, and filter with pills for Status (Accepted, Pending, Invited, Rejected), Role (Admin, Nurse), and Active status. Each row shows the person's role, status, and whether they're actively billing a seat.

A nurse's profile

• Profile card — their details, status, and account controls: approve/reject, activate/deactivate, edit their info, or reset their password.
• Assigned patients — assign or remove patients; access changes take effect immediately.
• Compliance records — the nurse's full credential file. This card is the heart of compliance tracking: add records from presets or ad-hoc, renew expirations, mark documents missing, and manage sensitive values. The workflow is covered in Records & Presets.

Billing

Approving, inviting, or reactivating a nurse adds a prorated seat to your subscription; deactivating frees it.
