The dashboard is your agency at a glance. It greets you, offers the two most common actions (New Note, Add Patient), and lays out live cards:
Notes
Notes is the agency-wide ledger of visit documentation — every note by every nurse, searchable and reviewable.
Patients
Patient records are the foundation notes are built on: who the patient is, what services they receive, their goals, and which nurses may see them.
Nurses
The Nurses page manages every account in your agency — nurses and admins alike.
Records & Presets
Records are the credentials, documents, and facts your agency keeps on file per nurse — the raw material compliance tracking runs on.
Alerts
The Alerts page is the compliance work queue: every credential that's expiring, expired, or missing, across the whole team.
Reports
Reports is your audit paper trail: on the 1st of each month Noted snapshots the agency's compliance state and files it away permanently.

iConnect Export
The iConnect page exports your Lifeskills documentation to APD iConnect as EPI Activities Import files — so nobody re-types notes into iConnect by hand. The flow is stage notes → generate a file → upload it in iConnect → confirm the result.
